Our Services
PrintOnDemandMerch.ca provides online retail services that allow customers to design, customize, and purchase printed products such as apparel, mugs, and accessories. Orders are fulfilled through Printify and its third-party print providers. All products are made-to-order, meaning production begins only after you place an order.
Account and Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction to make a purchase. By using this website, you confirm that you meet these requirements and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.
Orders and Payments
All prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless stated otherwise. We accept secure payments through trusted third-party processors. By placing an order, you authorize us to charge the applicable amount, including taxes and shipping. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order if we suspect fraud, unauthorized use, or violation of these terms.
Production and Shipping
Products are printed and shipped by Printify’s global fulfillment partners. Production times vary depending on the product and provider, typically ranging from 2–7 business days. Shipping times depend on the carrier and destination. We are not responsible for delays due to customs, weather, or carrier issues once the order has shipped.
Returns and Refunds
Because all items are custom-made, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order is placed unless the product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. If you receive an issue with your order, contact us at support@printondemandmerch.ca within 14 days of delivery and provide a clear photo and description of the issue. We will review and arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.
Intellectual Property
All designs, text, images, logos, and trademarks displayed on PrintOnDemandMerch.ca are the property of their respective owners. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any part of our website or content without written permission. If you upload custom artwork for printing, you confirm that you own the rights to use that design and that it does not infringe upon third-party copyrights or trademarks.
Limitation of Liability
PrintOnDemandMerch.ca is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our maximum liability is limited to the total amount paid for your order.
